Terms of Service

These are the terms that apply when you install, test, or purchase Kiseki.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or purchasing Kiseki you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the software and request a refund if applicable.

2. License Types

Public Test Build

Public test builds may be offered before the paid release. Check the download section and billing page for current availability.

Yearly Subscription

  • When paid checkout is enabled, Yearly is purchased via Lemon Squeezy and renews annually unless cancelled.
  • Includes unlimited gestures, import/export, and priority support.
  • May be activated on up to 5 Macs that you personally own.

Lifetime License

  • When paid checkout is enabled, Lifetime is a one-time payment through Lemon Squeezy and includes all future updates.
  • Transferable between machines after deactivating the previous install.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, disassemble, or redistribute the app.
  • Do not resell license keys or share private billing-management URLs.
  • Do not attempt to bypass free-plan limits or license validation.

4. Payments & Billing Management

When purchases are enabled, Kiseki routes checkout and subscription management through https://kisekiapp.com/billing, which links to the active payment provider. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next renewal.

5. Refunds

Kiseki offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions.

6. Updates & Support

We may ship updates via Sparkle or GitHub releases. Subscription customers receive priority email support at support@kisekiapp.com. Lifetime customers receive best-effort support.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, fail to pay renewal fees, or abuse the support channels.

8. Disclaimer

Kiseki is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
