Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or purchasing Kiseki you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the software and request a refund if applicable.

2. License Types

Trial

New installs include a time-limited trial. The trial may be limited or reset if tampering is detected.

Standard Subscription

• Purchased via Lemon Squeezy and renews annually unless cancelled.
• Includes unlimited gestures, import/export, and priority support.
• May be activated on up to five Macs that you personally own.

Lifetime License

• One-time payment through Lemon Squeezy. Includes all future updates.
• Transferable between machines after deactivating the previous install.

Setapp

The Setapp version of Kiseki requires an active Setapp membership. If that entitlement ends, access to the Setapp version may end as well.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, disassemble, or redistribute the app.
• Do not resell license keys or share Lemon Squeezy customer-portal URLs.
• Do not attempt to bypass trial limits or license validation.

4. Payments & Customer Portal

All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy and subject to their terms. Kiseki routes purchase and subscription management through https://kisekiapp.com/billing, which links to Lemon Squeezy checkout and customer-portal pages. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next renewal.

5. Refunds

Kiseki offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions.

6. Updates & Support

We may ship updates via Sparkle or GitHub releases. Subscription customers receive priority email support at support@kisekiapp.com. Lifetime customers receive best-effort support.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, fail to pay renewal fees, or abuse the support channels.

8. Disclaimer

Kiseki is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
